I'm about 5'4"(without horns) and weigh 142; bought a large. My usual size is a medium (partly because I have narrow shoulders) It is stretchy so you can expect some give. It is perfect for my costume. Devil in a blue dress!I wore it to a sneaker ball and it fit perfectly. It cut a little too low but I made it work.Beautiful and well made. This one surpasses them all. The material is great. You can wear the belt that comes with it or use a colored one. The zipper let's you control just how much of your neck line you want to show. The fabric somewhat stretches so it's not stiff feeling. Comfortable to wear and looks great on.
