I am a total shoe snob when it comes to fit, design, comfort for my bunions, etc. They also need to look hot :-)This shoe completely fits the bill, but here's what you have to do: Order one half size down. I am normally a size 7.5, and the ankle strap was too big. When I went down to a 7, it was perfect. The toes initially felt a little tight, but that stretched and it was totally fine. They look fabulous with dresses, shorts, pants, etc, and the height is perfect. Ordered in both black and nude. I am a professional by day (psychologist) and like to have a sexy shoe for going out. This shoe can easily do both. Great quality, too.This may not be a fair review, however I wore them for a few hours to break them in for an upcoming wedding. I wore thin socks, and my feet felt fine. However on the wedding day, no hose or socks, and within 45 min my feet were on fire and they felt miserable. Had I not bought them a couple of months early I would've returned them. I have several shoes of this brand but never had a more painful experience. I would buy this brand again, just not this shoe.They are very nice looking on the feet. I have wide feet, so perhaps that's the problem.Seller wise, they arrived in perfect condition.I bought these to replace a pair of Naturalizer sandals that were worn. They look almost identical but the comfort level is not there. I can wear them to work, and even though I sit, my feet are sore at the end of the day. My naturalizers were my traveling sandals. I could run through airports and never had an issue.Maybe if you had a narrow foot they would fit better, but I am average width.These look cute, without being too tall of a heel. The color is beautiful and goes with anything! True to size. Zipper back keeps the foot in place nicely. But don't buy them for Clark comfort! I bought them for an outdoor wedding thinking the chunkier heel would be appropriate for walking in the grass - I didn't sink into the soft ground as badly as with a stiletto, but I still had to wipe the dirt off my heel before the reception. 2 hours of dancing and mingling was all my feet could take - both of my big toes are cut from the edge of the toe band.I was a little skeptical as to whether a shoe of this style could be designed to be as comfortable as Clark's have a reputation for being. Well, they did it! They are not as comfortable as my wedges, but for heeled shoes these give plenty of cushioning and support that I can wear at work all day long. Bravo, Clarks!!I love Clarks shoes! They are so comfortable yet don't look dated. I refuse to wear uncomfortable, impractical shoes. These are very well-made and comfortable. I wear a true 8 in any brand, including Clarks. These run large and were very loose on my feet. I'm ordering a 7 1/2 and a 7 to find the perfect fit. The straps have a tiny piece of elastic near the sole that doesn't show, so there will be a little extra give if you have a slightly wider foot. I'm happy with the quality in comfort, just need to figure out the size. Otherwise a very attractive, comfy heel!I have super short feet and they are also wide too. Clarks shoes are always the most comfy for me in a size 5.5.These ones were a little big, I'd say more like a size 6 but it's okay.They are pretty comfy, the zipper in the back did pinch my foot a little. Not sure if it was my fault though, I've only worn them once so far.I ordered my usually size 6M and they fit fine. Clarks usually runs a little big but not these sandals. The are good quality and comfortable but I just didn't like the way they look on my feet. I think the wide straps make the shoe look bulky on my feet. And this type heel doesn't seem to go well and is not in balance with the rest of the shoe. It seems a thicker straight heel would have looked better on this shoe. They didn't look feminine or attractive on my feet to me so I returned them.Like many other reviewers I agree this shoe is comfortable from the get-go. No need to break them in. I wore them for two days with no aches or blisters. I was impressed.However on one of those days I got my heel caught somewhere and much to my surprise the heel is not wood. It's a plastic heel with a wood look veneer. When my heel got caught the veneer peeled away to show the plastic underneath. I was very disappointed given how comfortable these are. And even more disappointed given the price point. Clarks, please make changes to the heel - and call it out in the description when you do!Beautiful and comfortable shoes. The nude color is lighter than the picture (pale beige), but they are a lovely neutral that will go with anything. Smooth and easy transaction and they arrived earlier than expected.I'm really pleased! Ordered them for my trip down South. Am always very pleased with Clarks for quality, style and price. Will go perfectly with a dress, or Capri's and dressy top!Love you shoes they are so very comfortable !!For true to size. I got them in a very timely fashion !! I will wear these ones a lot !Very comfortable! Classy sandal that do not have to be broken in. You can wear them for hours or days immediately.
